Woman Shows Easy Way To Get A Flatter Stomach WITHOUT Doing Crunches and Not Going to the Gym
A DANCE teacher has discovered a quick and easy way to get sit-ups without going to the gym or doing sit-ups.
Tracey-Ann Roman found a class to do herself on TikTok and shared it with her 111.7k subscribers.
She demonstrates the movements, as a sound tells her what to do.
First, she sits in the chair with her back straight, raises her arms and stands there for a minute or two, or until you start to feel the muscles tighten.
The second phase then involves 20 repetitions of knee lifts to bring your leg back nice and slowly continue to work the core.
As she demonstrates the movements, the voiceover says, “I’m going to teach you how to have a lean, thin stomach without situps and without a gym.
“We are going to work on the transversus muscle of the abdomen.
“The deep muscle pathway below that supports the pelvis and supports the organs and will help you prevent lower back problems.
“Put your arms up in the air, just sit up straight and hold it up there for a minute or two, and you will feel those muscles start to contract.
“The second phase, 20 repetitions and bring your knee down gently and gently and you will continue to work that core.”
Then in the last step of the exercise, Tracey-Ann then sits at the end of the chair and moves back and forth.
The voiceover says, “Now sit at the end of the chair with your arms outstretched, keep your arms straight and keep your back straight and bring your body forward and rotate, contract and come back.” Pivot from the hips, come back.
“Every time you step forward, squeeze those abs. You will do 20 repetitions.
“So do them every day and your stomach will love you.”
Tracey-Ann captioned the video, “Glad I found this.”
And its followers loved the quick and easy discovery as well, with a writing: “I started a week ago and have already lost 4cm around my pelvic area, it works but it takes dedication.”
