Police on ‘significant role’ played by cocaine trafficker Botley
Police have said they ‘would not tolerate’ the drug supply in their ‘patch’ – as a dealer caught with £10,000 worth of cocaine has been jailed.
Joshua Quinn, 26, had the 93g piece of the Class A drug hidden in a safe in his bedroom.
The honest trafficker, who turned to the drug supply after racking up his own debt, told officers exactly where to find the drugs when his parents’ home in Botley was raided last December.
The raid also seized £825 of dirty money and a stash of designer items including Ugg boots and Louis Vuitton bags.

Welcoming the prison sentence of three years and seven months, officer in the case PC Shahed Ali, of Abingdon Police Station, said: ‘Officers from the Abingdon Task Force carried out warrant and proved that Quinn had played a significant role in the provision of Class A and B drugs, from which he benefited.
“He was also sentenced for the amount of money and expensive clothing he obtained through this crime.”
He added: ‘Thames Valley Police will not tolerate the supply of drugs in their patch and we will continue to protect our communities from the harm they cause.
“We continue to need the public’s support in this area, and we would ask them to report any information they have about drug trafficking.
“This can be shared with Thames Valley Police on our website or by calling 101.”
